Our good friends, Ritu and Anand, threw us a fun-filled, heart-felt good-bye dance and dinner party as we start our move to Cleveland. It was an amazing four-years in Charleston, we made great friends, yes, but so did our kids. We'll miss everyone so much, they were warm, easy-going and always had the best of wishes for us; we looked out for each other and one another. And I will miss the strenuous work-out sessions together, ladies’ lunches, laughters, kids' playdates, holiday parties and regular informal gatherings; but most of all, I will miss the support and love that has been extended to us openly and genuinely. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend these years, we'll remember every year and all the memories that have kept us so happy. God blessed us much, and....
On this night, we felt like movie stars, flashes kept going off paparazzi style as friends, the best of them, captured us on film moment after moment. I held back tears as everyone came up one-by-one to wish us the best on our next journey. Naresh and Monica even put together a "Memories of Charleston" presentation to the tune of Ray Charles, "What a Wonderful World," and that it is. A very special thank you again to Ritu and also to all of our friends for making us feel like movie-stars! Smile!!!
