Volunteer Work

My son started his first venture into volunteering at the hospital, CMC ! He plans to do this to give him exposure to the hospital setting, interacting with physicians and hospital staff, and to learn more about the medical field. He has the opportunity to do guest relations and help patients when they come into the hospital. He'll start over summer and continue throughout the year. He has been a wonderful person as far as being a dedicated part of the community and serving it - he has volunteered at various piano festivals, played piano at senior homes, assisted at conferences, hosted the local community radio station, helped at the temple, and served other non-profit organizations. It is not nice to add hospital to that list as his end goal is to be in the medical field. Particularly at the hospital, I think his favorite is to hear from the moms he has to push to the maternity ward. Hope he isn't learning too much beyond the medical field from these mothers!
