Diwali is a favorite time of year for us always as we see many friends all at once and everyone is joyous and warm. Entertainment is always a part of the picture as well as delicious food, fireworks and fun. We have a few Diwali parties this year and we felt treasured to be a part of the community here in NC. As we approach our one year mark in our new city, it grows on us more and more each and every day! The kids performed dances at the Indian Physicians’ Diwali dinner and we got to delight in that as well as other kids’ groups and adults singing and showcasing their talents. As we also had in Charleston, we have many talented voices here, too. We even got an updated family photo by a professional photographer! Wishing all a very Happy Diwali!
