Great Golf Outing; Not Nice Weather

We’ve been fortunate to attend the Wells Fargo Open for a couple of years in a row now. We had a surprisingly amazing time --we walked around the glorious Quail Hollow Club, enjoyed the beautiful weather, ate gourmet sandwiches, learned more about golf and more. And this year, we got to do all that – but just on a very cold and rainy day. It was one of Charlotte’s coldest day of the year and we huddled together to stay warm on top of wearing hats, gloves, jackets and all in May! But it was still a lot of fun and we even got some bargains in the gift shop before leaving - little tip, go shopping at the end of the tour! The winner this year was a novice named Derek Ernst, he was not nearly as fun as watching Rickie Fowler last year, but it is still nice to see someone who deserves to win, get the glory!!!!
