We literally packed at 10:00 AM on a Saturday and headed out to Atlanta, GA! It’s been years since we have been there and decided to “just do it!” We took the kids around Atlanta, visited the Coca-Cola Museum, and the Georgia Aquarium at Pemberton Place, and shopping and dining. The kids thought the best part of the trip was sampling the over 60 flavors from around the world at the Coke Museum, but my favorite part was shopping at the warehouse size Patel Brothers – I stocked up on our ethnic groceries big time. We also had amazing Indian food: dosas, idlis, pani puris, pav bhaji! Who could ask for a better trip that had not been planned to begin with?

Spontaneous Trip to Atlanta
