Made it a point to do Cedar Point

After a year of hearing how awesome and amazing this place is, we finally made it to Cedar Point, a 300+ acre amusement park located in Sandusky, Ohio. Cedar Point, surrounded by the serene Lake Erie on all sides and is the largest seasonal amusement park in the United States, boasts being the roller coast capital of the world with 17 roller coasters. The park is beautiful but the rides are scary to say the least, with names like Chaos, Demon Drop, Witches Wheel, Iron Dragon, Wicked Twister, I got scared before even getting on any of them. The kids had a blast and were joined by my nephew in this thrill-and-fun-seeking weekend. However, Ashok and I are still smoothing our blisters, aches and pains. For some reason, the park did not have a huge traffic flow that day so we were able to go on some rides over and over again, the maximum wait was 15 minutes if that. Aside from the “injuries,” it was a nice way to spend Father’s Day!
