Grocery Shopping with Kids…

We have discovered the greatest way for parents to do grocery shopping with kids, but WITHOUT them! Akshay and Ashu hate shopping of any kind until we discovered Heinens . We dreaded grocery days as the kids would complain that they don’t want to go, ask us to buy them a million things we don’t need, and then harass us on when we are going to be done. Now we discovered a local chain that has an activity center where you can drop of the kids for up to TWO hours while parents do their shopping! And the lady that runs the center is awesome, she plays games with them and entertains them – that’s more than I can do some days! And Ashok and/or I can check out the awesome store, which has a fresh bakery, awesome produce, huge cheese section, salad and food bar, and even wine tasting! We’ve become faithful patrons of Heinins and the kids even ask if we need to get groceries today!
