Ashu lost her first tooth yesterday and collected $5 from the tooth fairy. It's been a monumental week for her since we started giving her an allowance this week, too. Unfortunately, we already started deducting from her allowance for "bad" behavior. I am not sure she is learning her lesson quite the way we wanted though: This morning I heard her jumping up and down shouting, "The tooth fairy gave me money, so even if Papa takes away my money, it doesn't matter because I can lose another tooth and get more."
