The kids performed at the “Beethoven Composition Recital” at Queens University. The recital was presented by the Charlotte Music Teachers Association. The kids submitted their compositions beforehand to be evaluated and critiqued by their judge(s) and then played their pieces on stage that day. Once again they got the luxury of playing on a Steinway and Sons grand piano. Akshay received special commendation for his composition.
